Codie Costello, President & CEO of Alaska Center for the Performing Arts & Professional Coach

“When I started working with Solveig I was struggling with “imposter syndrome” and lots of self doubt. I knew I needed to make changes in my life. But, even with that strong desire for change, I struggled with where to start and the idea of spending time and money on myself was another spiral of negative thinking. With the pending decisions I needed to make about my career, challenges in my personal/home life and wanting to finally commit to taking care of me, I decided to at least start researching coaching and the idea of what it could mean for my life really resonated.

Then…I met Solveig! It was like I manifested her! She exuded an energy that felt like a hug of sunshine combined with an amazing ability to make you feel seen. Truly seen. She was just what I needed to get to my next level self.

Through working together, I have grown in ways I couldn’t imagine possible when I started my journey of self-care with Solveig as my trusted guide. I have learned to trust my heart, listen to my soul and rest assured in my intellect. The best part, I have learned to love and celebrate me…and that has helped me to be a better parent, partner and leader.

The discoveries are still coming. I am grateful for the framework that Solveig has given me to continue my growth. I value and cherish this work. I have discovered a life long practice of self care and love that I can continue to gift to myself, my family and community."
